MetaVis Technologies has released a major enhancement to its MetaVis for SharePoint product family. The new module, MetaVis Classifier, is available for public beta trial on February 2nd, 2009 and includes the following features: - Bulk Tagging/Classification - users can select multiple files/documents and intelligently assign metadata values, including the ability to copy values from other columns, content types and files.
- Bulk Copy/Move - users can select multiple files/documents and move or copy them to different lists or folders, different sites and even different servers.
- Familiar User interface - utilizes a Windows Explorer-like interface with "Drag-and-Drop" functionality.
